Using Buy It Now closes the listing immediately and creates a binding purchase at the stated price.
Every winning bid and Buy It Now purchase requires a purchase agreement, reviewed and electronically signed by the buyer. Electronic signatures are legally binding.
Payment is due on collection at our premises. Items must be removed within fourteen days; storage fees apply after that.
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with all faults and without warranty. Descriptions are believed accurate but are not guaranteed.
Failure to complete a purchase may result in cancellation, forfeiture of any deposit and suspension of the account.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item concerned.
